Fredi Kanoute could be back in contention for a place in the squad for Monday night's trip to Highbury.
The striker was missing from the 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion on Wednesday with a neck injury but Head Coach Martin Jol confirmed this afternoon that the Mali international was back in training.
"Fredi had neck, upper back and groin problems but he trained yesterday and had a good session," said Martin. "I think he can join the squad for the Arsenal match."
Martin also revealed that Michael Dawson suffered 'cuts and bruises' to his right leg during the West Brom match but that he should be fine for Monday night, while Mido is still suffering from a problem with his stomach muscles, although he should also be involved in the squad.
Meanwhile, the Head Coach said that Michael Brown's toe injury will be re-assessed after the weekend, when he has the special protective boot removed.
