The Egyptian striker missed Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final against Newcastle with a groin problem and continues to undergo treatment at Spurs Lodge.
"We did pick up a few bumps and bruises at Newcastle, but I don't think it will be a big problem and everyone should be available," said Martin. "We will make an assessment on Mido tomorrow. It is an important game and I hope we get a good result."
Andy Reid is available again after being cup-tied at Newcastle and there was better news on Michael Dawson, who started running this week as he recovers from a shin injury. Martin added: "He's running and he says he's feeling better and better but we can't expect him to be fit in the short term."
Pedro Mendes remains out with a broken toe.
Mido is a doubt for Wednesday night's trip to Charlton Athletic in the Barclays Premiership.
