Harry Redknapp is hopeful that Ledley King will be available for selection at Sunderland on Saturday.

Ledley missed out against Middlesbrough on Wednesday having played two games in six days last week - first at Hull and then the Carling Cup Final at Wembley.

He's back in the running for Sunderland and Harry said: "I think Ledley, with a bit of luck, could be available for the rest of the season.

"His problem is he can't do it on Saturday and midweek; when he played at Wembley on Sunday there was no way he could play in midweek, but we've got no more midweek games, so I may well get Ledley available every week which would be a big boost."

Alan Hutton and Jermain Defoe remain out with their respective foot injuries although Alan is expected to return to full training in the next couple of weeks.
