The French defender completed his third outing for the reserves in Wednesday night's 5-0 win against Palace and returns to the first team fold for the first time since a serious knee injury in April.
Martin Jol reported a clean bill of health before travelling north.
Wayne Routledge, Goran Bunjevcevic (both broken bone in foot) and Anthony Gardner (groin) are all back in training. Wayne and Anthony completed successful returns to action in that reserve win.
Noureddine Naybet has also training following a slight groin problem that ruled him out of contention against West Ham last weekend
"Everyone is back in training so there are no problems anymore with injuries," said Head Coach Martin in Thursday's pre-Wigan media briefing.
"Wayne Routledge and Anthony Gardner played for the reserves and Goran is back in training with the group as well."
It means the only injuries are to players currently out on loan - Dean Marney has an Achilles problem and Mounir El Hamdaoui a dislocated shoulder.
Noe Pamarot is back in the squad for Saturday's Premiership trip to high-flying Wigan.
