Thimothee Atouba and Erik Edman missed Saturday's Premiership encounter against the Trotters and remain on the sidelines.
However, Mauricio Taricco is available after suspension and played 90 minutes for the reserves on Monday night.
Coach Chris Hughton said: "We're without Atouba and Edman but the good news is we've no fresh injuries or doubts from the weekend and the same pool of players to pick from."
Taricco's availability will at least increase Jacques Santini's left-sided options with Atouba and Edman missing and centre-back Anthony Gardner playing left-back in the last two games.
Chris added: "Every club will have injuries or problems in certain areas and we haven't been too bad this season but it does affect you when you lose two players who have been playing regularly.
"The advantage we had with Edman and Atouba was they'd played games together.
"The biggest problem with Anthony Gardner and Johnnie Jackson is that they haven't played together and it's fair to say it's not Anthony's favoured position even though he's served us well. Individually they've both done well but we miss the continuity."
Nothing has changed on the injury front as we prepare to face Bolton again in the Carling Cup on Wednesday night.
