Kasey Keller is the only new edition to the injury list so Dave Beasant, signed yesterday, will deputise as cover for Neil Sullivan in the big one.

Glenn Hoddle reported on Thursday that goalkeeper Kasey requires surgery on an ankle injury and recruited veteran Dave, 42, on a two-month contract.

Meanwhile, Steffen Iversen (leg), Stephen Clemence (knee), Gary Doherty (broken leg) and Stephen Carr (knee) are all making progress from their long-term injuries.

Glenn said: "We're actually okay on the injury front, which makes a change. Christian and Sergei have come back okay and nothing has happened during the week.

"Kasey Keller is the only one and he will be having a small operation next week."

Arsenal hotshot Thierry Henry has been ruled out of Saturday's showdown.

Henry is still being troubled by the ankle injury which kept him out of France's friendly with Australia.

However, boss Arsene Wenger revealed Fredrik Ljungberg is likely to make the derby following the shoulder injury he sustained against Charlton.
