The team made it 11 matches unbeaten in the Premier League with a fine performance last time out in the North London derby at Arsenal.
We dominated for long periods at the Emirates and the overwhelming feeling from the players was disappointment at only taking a point for our efforts.
However, that point lifted us into fifth place as we made it five wins and six draws since our opening day loss at Old Trafford.
"Team morale is one of the biggest ingredients you need, it's vital," said Danny, who continues to scrap it out with Ben Davies for the left-back role in the squad - he's started last four in the Premier League.
"It helps when you have such a young team and older players as well, with that experience. We have a great mix in the squad.
"It’s one of the best dressing rooms I’ve been involved in in terms of team morale. There are no cliques and everyone is together.
"On the pitch, that means everyone looks out for each other.
"We’re always trying to do things together away from football as well, going for food, we went paintballing together a couple of times last season. It's great.
"There is nothing better than winning at the weekend and then going out for some nice food with family and friends."
