Duncan Tappy is aiming to go out on a high with our Tottenham Hotspur Racing Team as the Superleague Formula motor-racing championship draws to a close this weekend.
The Jerez circuit in Spain hosts the final round of the inaugural SF series - a football-themed championship that has seen cars representing 18 clubs from all over the world compete in six rounds across Europe.
It's been an up and down series for the Tottenham Hotspur RT.
It started with a flourish and a podium place in the opening round at Donington Park but the team struggled in Germany, recovered with a second podium place of the series in Belgium before any lingering hopes of a title challenge ended by crashing out at Portugal and Italy.
Duncan, who has driven in four of the five rounds so far, has enjoyed the SF experience. "The championshp has been great, it's been a real hit," he said.
"I've enjoyed driving the car and it's been an honour to represent Tottenham Hotspur. I just hope this final round in Spain will be a good one for us.
"After the first round we all believed we would challenge for the title but it hasn't quite gone our way. I thought we were making progress last time out at Vallelunga before being caught up in an accident and now we all want to go out on a high in Spain."
Qualifying will take place on Saturday with the two races on Sunday.
