Mauricio Taricco was happy with the defensive application of the team in the tough encounter with Manchester City, but insists there is room for improvement.
After a more open first period, the team were forced to batten down the hatches after the break as City poured forward in search of a goal. Kasey Keller was in inspired form and his defence showed great discipline and heart to ensure that we emerged with a point.
"Yes, we tried to make it difficult for them and are happy that we got a point," said Mauricio afterwards. "They had a few chances, to be honest, and we were a bit lucky - but we fought and got another clean sheet.
"It is a point though and, at this time, we'll take it.
"I think in the last 15 minutes of the first half and the second they pushed a little bit harder. Our goalkeeper stopped everything today and, thanks to him, we got the point.
"We worked really hard and you can't take that away from us, but we know we need to get better with the ball.
"We need to get better than here as a defence too because they had chances to score quite easily - we need to get better."
