Supersport United struck late to grab a deserved equaliser against Manchester United in the latest of a series of private friendlies at Spurs Lodge on Thursday.
Our Academy partners from South Africa were stunned by a United opening goal inside the two minutes as Adam Boyes intercepted an attempted header back to goal and slid the ball home.
Further chances came and went for United - Supersport keeper Sherwyn Naiker saved from Boyes, Cameron Stewart hit the post - but Supersport grew in confidence and Keagan Buchanan smashed a 30-yarder onto the crossbar just before half-time.
Sheldon Stevens pushed a one-on-one just wide five minutes into the second half, James Derbyshire went close for United but Supersport responded with two efforts in a minute as first Damien Mitchell and then Stevens curled wide.
Sanele Khuzwayo cleared Tom Cleverley's shot off the line but as the clock ticked into the final minute, Snara Madito and Stevens led a breakaway, Stevens shot across goal and Mitchell tapped in at the far post to make it 1-1.
There was one final scare as Cleverley aimed a header towards goal in added time - Mbuso Manyoni was there clear off the line.
