Our new Head Coach was unveiled to the media at the Lane on Tuesday alongside first team coaches Gus Poyet and Marcos Alvarez.
The message was clear from Juande - in the short term, winning football matches again is all that matters, starting with Blackpool in the fourth round of the Carling Cup at the Lane tonight (Wednesday October 31, 8pm).

"I'm very happy to be here, this is a great club and my aim is to take Tottenham back to the top of the league where they deserve to be," said Juande.
"We will take things step by step. I've just landed and my main aim is to start getting results straight away and instill confidence into the team. Once we've won a few matches our aims will change accordingly.
"I'm sure the players will respond to the challenge."
Juande spoke throughout yesterday's press conference in Spanish with his answers translated into English. However, he was asked to speak a few words in English and responded: "The players understand me perfectly. I prefer with the media to translate but don't worry, I speak with the players in English and they are very happy."
Juande Ramos insists his first priority is to get the team back to winning ways.
