But it is only a quick visit. I go back out to Germany this week and if everything goes well out there, I will be back in two to three weeks and ready to play again.
The middle of August is my target. I always had a target and that is close to it. Two cruciate ligament injuries are very hard, I know that now, but I am happy because I enjoyed every session with the ball and I've had no reaction afterwards.
The final hurdle is the tackle. I think I can do it already but you need a little more power, more stamina to be able to do that all the time in games. That is very important.
I have to be careful and the friendlies are too early for me. Everything feels good in training but games are different, I know that. That is my final work, more training sessions and then I'm back.
It is not frustrating being so close. What is frustrating is the first four, five months when you really can't do anything, can't run, can't jog, can't play with the ball. That is done now and I am very happy now.
It was great to be back at White Hart Lane on Thursday, meeting the fans and playing with the lads again.
