I'm speaking after the reserve game against Derby. For me the match was very important because I came on for the last 15 minutes against Sunderland and I needed another 90 minutes to be ready for the first team.
I feel good, I have to say and have no problems physically. I know we can play better in the reserves, this was a very young team and Derby are top and have a really good side. It was a good game for me.
It was the first time I have played alongside Kazuyuki Toda in a match and I know from experience how hard it is to come and settle into the English game. He will improve, no question about that. When you come over to England it is never easy.
I remember when I first arrived. I was allowed my two-week break that we always had in Germany for winter and then I came over and the good thing is that I worked a bit during my holiday because I was straight in at Sheffield Wednesday! That was a tough game to start with!
I've said all along through the ups and downs, contracts, whatever, the focus is all about us going to Europe. I think that one of the bigger clubs will win the FA Cup and that might open up another place. We are seventh now and we have to go for it. We are in touch with fifth and sixth and I believe we can go straight into Europe via the league. It is up to us.
Finally I'm pleased to say that Christian Ziege came over recently and everyone was shocked because he came in and jogged straight away. He can jog for about 30 minutes. I'm not sure how long it will take for him to build up but I just hope he will be back soon.
First of all I have to go back to Saturday. The crowd reaction was fantastic. I couldn't believe it. The fans give me everything back and I'm just looking forward now to playing more games and doing my best in training and on the pitch for the club.
