A central defensive three has been the preferred system so far this season, a system that certainly served the team well in the first few games. The last three games, however, have seen us concede ten goals and Glenn reports that he has spoken to the players about a possible change.
"The we played at the beginning of the season with a three was fantastic," he said on Saturday evening. "At the moment it is something I have already spoken to the players about.
"It gives you options and make you flow when you have the ball. I've got to make a decision about whether we need something else.
"We finished with a back four, so there is always options to change the shape. At this moment in time, whatever shape we play, you can't make the mistakes we have been."
Glenn has revealed that he might consider altering the defensive formation of the team.
