The friendly marks goalkeeper Burchy's first game since breaking his leg in the Barclays Reserve League Play-Off Final against Manchester United at Old Trafford on May 4.
Midfielder Jamie, meanwhile, returns from a stress fracture of the ankle sustained in the 2-2 draw against Arsenal reserves on September 11. Simon Dawkins is also back after a hernia operation.
Development coach Clive Allen said: "What we look at in a situation like this is an opportunity for a few of the younger lads and it's great to see Rob Burch back for some game time after that horrendous injury at United.
"It's an opportunity for Jamie and Simon to get back into match action, they've worked really hard to get themselves fit again, they've trained well and now they can get back up to speed in terms of matches.
"It's very important - every match is - but for those three players it's something they've been working up to and they are chomping at the bit.
"It's also a chance for one or two of the younger players who have done well for the Academy this season to come in and integrate with the reserve squad.
"Steed Malbranque won't be involved because unfortunately we've one or two injuries in the first team squad from Sunday and therefore a number of lads come into contention for Wednesday night against Port Vale, including Steed.
"I've been to see Harlow's new set-up, it's an excellent pitch and facilities, so it should be a good evening for everyone."
Squad: Forecast, Burch, Smith, Mtandari, McKenna, Lewis, Daniels, Hutton, Hutchins, Fraser-Allen, Archibald-Henville, Barcham, Dawkins, O'Hara, Martin, Mills.
