Victory against West Ham at the Lane - kick-off, 4pm - would take us to 16 out of a possible 21 points in the Premier League so far this season.
Andre said the motivation is clear from the players to win this latest London derby - our fourth already after facing Palace, Arsenal and Chelsea.
The lads maintained their fine form with a comfortable 2-0 win against Anji in the Europa League in Russia this week.
Goals from Jermain Defoe and Nacer Chadli made it four wins out of four in the competition including the play-off against Dinamo Tbilisi with 12 goals for and none yet conceded.
Indeed, we’ve conceded just two goals in 11 matches so far this term.
West Ham have also been strong defensively with just five goals conceded in six Premier League matches. However, they arrive at the Lane without a win in five in the league.
“If we manage to win this game, finish with 16 out of 21 points (ahead of the international break) having played Arsenal and Chelsea,” said Andre.
“In such an intense derby against West Ham, that would be perfect.
“The motivation for the fixture is there, the ambition from the players is there and it’s about us trying to get this result before we stop for the international break again.”
