We take on the Baggies at the Lane at 3pm.

THE KEY STATS

- We are unbeaten in our last eight Boxing Day PL fixtures including winning our last two which were both against Aston Villa at Villa Park.

- We’ve never lost a PL Boxing Day match at White Hart Lane (five wins, two draws). However, we haven’t played at the Lane on Boxing Day for five years since 2008 when we drew 0-0 with Fulham.

- We are unbeaten in our last seven PL meetings with West Brom (won four, drawn three).

- There has not been a 0-0 draw between the clubs in the PL. The last in the league was at White Hart Lane in the old Division One in March 1968. There has been 42 league clashes since that 0-0 draw.

- We have not lost a PL match at the Lane against the Baggies (won four, drawn three).

- Tim Sherwood won his first PL match as Head Coach 3-2 at Southampton on December 22. This was the first time we’d scored three goals in the PL since 3-1 home win against Manchester City on April 21. This was the first time we’d scored three goals away in PL since the 3-2 win at West Ham on February 25.

- Tim became the first Spurs manager (permanent or caretaker) to win their first PL match in charge since Glenn Hoddle won his first two in April 2001.

- We're unbeaten in the PL in the last 19 matches when we’ve opened the scoring (15 wins, four draws).

- We're unbeaten in PL this season when we’ve scored - nine wins, two draws.

- We have the most PL wins this season when we've been drawing at half-time (seven).

- We've also won more PL points than any other side when we’ve been drawing at half-time this season (23 points).

ON THIS DAY

In 1963 we drew 4-4 against West Brom at the Hawthorns in the old Division One. Bobby Smith, Cliff Jones and Jimmy Greaves (2 goals) scored for us.

BOXING DAY RESULTS IN PL ERA

- We’ve never lost a PL Boxing Day match at White Hart Lane (five wins, two draws). However, we haven’t played at the Lane on Boxing Day for five years since 2008 when we drew 0-0 with Fulham.

- Our last home Boxing Day defeat came the season before the PL began when we lost 2-1 to Nottingham Forest back in 1991. Paul Stewart scoring for us, Stuart Pearce and Nigel Clough scoring for Forest.
