If you have purchased a 'TicketFast' print at home ticket, please ensure you print the attachment and bring this with you to the stadium. It is your ticket to gain entry.
Please bring your email confirmation that shows your entrance, block, row and seat number. This will help the ticketing team assist you in the event of any problem.
If for any reason you need to collect a ticket from Wembley on the day of the game, we advise that you arrive no later than 90 minutes before kick-off and bring with you photographic identification. We cannot release a ticket to any person other than the named supporter.
Club ticketing staff will be based at Wembley Stadium’s West Ticket Office on every home matchday this season and the Ticket Office is open four hours before kick-off and closes at half-time.
Season Ticket Holders are also reminded that they need to purchase a ticket for this game should they wish to attend as it is not included as part of their Season Ticket. If you have purchased your seat for this match then it will be loaded on your Season Ticket card. If you are a Season Ticket Holder that sits in Level 5, you would have received a match ticket for this fixture as you would have purchased a different seat for this fixture.
Do not purchase tickets from unofficial sources. Official tickets are only available through Tottenham Hotspur, Ticketmaster (subject to availability) and as part of a Match Break package through Thomas Cook Sport.
ARRIVE EARLY FOR SECURITY CHECKS/BAG POLICY
We strongly advise supporters arrive early and enter the stadium as soon as possible.
Turnstiles open 90 minutes before our 8pm kick-off, with Premium areas open two-and-a-half hours before kick-off, and all supporters entering the stadium will be searched before entry.
Please help the staff at Wembley get you into the stadium as quickly as possible by avoiding bringing any bags and having your coat open ready to be searched, as well as having your tickets or access cards ready to be scanned at the turnstile.
Searching will not be compromised in the event of queues building, even if the match has started. If bringing a bag is unavoidable, please try to use a transparent plastic bag as these will speed up the search. If you need to bring a bag for medical purposes, please inform us in advance at email@example.com and we will liaise with Wembley to ensure ease of entry.
Please be aware that Wembley does not have lockers or luggage storage facilities for fans to store items.
TRANSPORT AT WEMBLEY
Wembley Stadium is a public transport destination.
We would recommend all supporters attending our home games at Wembley Stadium this season visit wembleystadium.com to get more information about travelling to the stadium, or download the Stadium Mobile App which provides a dedicated journey planner and live travel information.
More information about the various transport hubs can be found below:
As a public transport destination, the Stadium is served by several major transport connections. It is an easy 10-minute walk from Wembley Park station, 12 minutes from Wembley Central station and very close to Wembley Stadium station.
All stations have direct services from Central London and connections beyond.
Wembley Park station
Wembley Park underground station is served by both the Metropolitan and Jubilee Lines. On arrival at Wembley Park, stairs from the ticketing hall will guide you down onto Olympic Way from where the Stadium will be clearly visible. A 10-minute walk will bring you to the front of the stadium.
Wembley Central station
This station has both Underground and Overground services. It is served by the Bakerloo Underground line, London Overground and national rail services, and connects to stations including Euston, Watford Junction and Willesden Junction.
Wembley Stadium station
Wembley Stadium station is on the Chiltern train line. This line services the Midlands, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. London trains on this line depart from Marylebone station. On arrival at the station, the stadium will be clearly visible. Lifts or stairs will take you from the platforms up onto street level.
Arriving by car
We strongly advise against driving to the stadium as there will be no parking available at the stadium or in the surrounding streets.
The limited parking spaces at the stadium are reserved for coaches, disabled visitors and event owners and are all pre-booked.
Brent Council operates a Wembley Stadium Event Day Protective Parking Scheme in all roads within an approximate 1.5 mile radius of the stadium. Operational on major event days only, the scheme is designed to minimise disruption and protect local residents and businesses from illegal parking from visitors to the stadium.
This means any visitors driving to events at Wembley Stadium will NOT be able to park in the surrounding streets. Brent Council has made it clear that illegally parked vehicles will be issued with large parking fines and will also be towed away.
In addition, Metropolitan Police may have security measures on approach roads on major event days which may also hinder a journey by car.

Toilets at Wembley
Wembley Stadium will be ensuring that all toilets inside the stadium and on the external concourses will be opened up after the match. Additionally, in collaboration with Brent Council there will be a number of event day toilets deployed across the local area so we ask all fans to show respect for the local area and its community by utilising these.
There will be four event day toilet locations for Tuesday’s game and we will update supporters should any of these locations change for future home fixtures:
1. South Way at the junction with First Way - on the pavement adjacent to the electrical sub-station (4 units).
2. Wembley Hill Road near the junction with Park Place on the North Western corner of the green open space (4 units).
3. South Way immediately West of the Red Car Park exit - on the grass verge adjacent to the disused car park ramp (6 units), and
4. Olympic Way near the junction with Fulton Road - on the pedestrian walkway adjacent to Curry’s (10 units + 1 disabled access unit).
