Spurs Sporting Dinners

Posted on 10 May 2002  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, in conjunction with D.W. Promotions are pleased to announce the launch of their special Sporting Dinners.

For this initial dinner we have invited one of Tottenham Hotspur's greatest heroes Dave Mackay together with many of his Spurs friends for an Evening of Spurs Nostalgia.

Also attending the dinner will be his great "Double" winning pals Cliff Jones, Bobby Smith and Tommy Harmer together with Spurs giants Pat Jennings, Phil Beal, John Pratt and Terry Naylor.

Your guest speaker will be Dave Mackay's big Scottish buddie' the uncrowned "King of Clubs", the outspoken and hilariously controversial Mr Tommy Docherty. Tommy has got almost as many humorous stories to tell as the clubs he has managed and you can be guaranteed a highly entertaining insight into the working life of one of England's top soccer bosses.
