Spurs Snapshot

Posted on 1 July 2004  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Today's Snapshot features a Spurs toddler who has already met our new keeper Paul Robinson...

Here is a picture of my son Buddy Alcock (age 15 months) with Spurs and England Goalie Paul Robinson.

His Dad Greg is a club member, and has been attending the Lane since 1973.

His Grandad David is also a club member and has been attending the lane since the late 1940's.

We hope to take Buddy to a game as soon as possible, and hope he will be playing for Tottenham at some stage!

We would like to wish Paul the best of luck, and thank him for taking the time to have his photo taken with our bouncing baby boy.

Many thanks

Greg Alcock

If you've got a digital snap (JPG format) that you feel deserves exposure to the wider Spurs audience then send it in with a few words of explanation and, depending on how many we receive each week, we will pop them on the site daily.

Whether it is a picture of your Spurs-supporting offspring, pics of you wearing the colours at home or away games feeling joy or pain or flying the flag in an unusual place - just send them in. Sometimes we will throw one in from the training ground.

Please note: Permission of a parent is required to publish pictures of children (if you have already sent pics - please forward a short email giving permission to use).
