Karen Hills’ side take on Charlton Athletic in the Ryman Cup Final at Cheshunt FC tonight (Thursday, April 14, 7.30pm) in a repeat of last year’s final that the Addicks won in extra time.
The men’s Head Coach dropped in on the team’s final training session before the big game at Hotspur Way last night to offer his advice.
Mauricio led his team to the League Cup Final at Wembley last year and spoke to the Ladies about the mentality required during their preparation for a game like this.

A number of players had questions for Mauricio, who was joined by Assistant Head Coach, Jesus Perez, and the pair also observed the team’s set-piece work.
Karen said: “It was great for Mauricio and Jesus to pop in just to add another perspective and a different voice as the girls prepare for what is, in most cases, the biggest game of their careers.
“It means a lot to have the support of Mauricio, who is an inspiration to me and many of my players, and the team will take a lot from what he was saying to us.
“We’re in a great frame of mind for tonight and we hope that as many people as possible can make it down to Cheshunt FC tonight and hopefully see us capture some silverware."
Tickets will be available on the gate at Cheshunt FC tonight for the 7.30pm kick off. Come down and show your support for the Ladies.
