They are back up against old rivals Charlton in the Capital Cup Final at Wingate & Finchley FC (7.45pm).
Spurs toppled Charlton in a thrilling Ryman Cup Final that went to penalties two weeks ago and manager Karen hopes that will give the players a psychological edge this time around.
"Once we made it to three cup finals I said all along that I felt the first one was key both for momentum going into the second final and for confidence," said Karen.
"That first win meant so much to everyone, it has given the players the taste of silverware and they want more.

"We know what is coming against Charlton. They would have been hurt by that defeat and will want to put it right. We know it will be tougher but as I said, the players are confident and ready.
"We've trained twice this week, preparation couldn't have gone much better and it's now about going out there and doing it.
"Just about every game we play against Charlton is tight and decided by the small details. I wouldn't expect this to be any different."
The third of the finals is the big one, the FA Women's Premier League Cup Final against Cardiff at Kidderminster Harriers FC on Sunday, May 8.
