Sound Offs: Season so far 2

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Mark Knowles: Plymouth Argyle's fantastic run of 19 games unbeaten is outstanding. Their defensive record is the best in the country, but they are do not get as much recognition as Luton, because of their location.

P Merefield: I am a huge fan of Les and Teddy, but with Sergei Rebrov we have a world beater who just needs a decent run of games. The return of Steffen Iversen is also a great bonus. With these four players we have a formidable front line but I think the younger two have to be involved more in the future games. The team will reap the benefits.

Wai Loon Kwong: Spurs is having a bad period since Christmas to new year. The results have not come in and this is a big blow for Spurs who are looking for a place in Europe. The main problem in the team is that they allow opposite team to play too much football in the middle of the field. Midfield players like Anderton should press harder during defending so that the defence will have less to do. Defence should also be tightened. With all the injuries now Simon Davies should start in the team because is a very creative player that can create chances and score goals for the team.

Lee Wilmot: As a Spurs fan for many years I have expected much this season owing to the signings Glenn made in the summer. Our start was not great but we have picked up in recent months and deserve to be higher in the league than we actually are! Some games against supposed lesser sides have let us down in our push for the top, but injuries seem to be the main problem again! We must be more consistent but we are definitely moving in the right direction! Lets hope we can finish the season on a high and hopefully get into Europe via one of the cups or high in the league! Freund, Anderton, King and Sheringham have impressed me this season and other than us playing well I've been impressed with Newcastle! Who'd have thought they could keep it up! Let's hope they can and stop United from winning it again!
