Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

The point is that he should be playing regularly at the back and available to move forward. Chris Sutton started as a defender and so did Paul Warhurst. I think in a year or so of regular games, Gary will be central defender material (Sol Campbell style) but with the addition of good finishing ability.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
Dave Mercatali, Leicester: Gary is a great little player wherever he plays, determined, hard working and a great team player. If Glenn can train him to still fit the bill in both roles he would remain a great squad asset, however I think Glenn should concentrate on nurturing his defensive skills and positional sense, turning him into a great defender, but when necessary unleashing him up front where his physicality and aerial ability will prove a threat to any defence.
Steve Course, Bexley: I think that Gary Doherty is best as a central defender, and we need him to play there with Sol going. We have some good forwards and he is excellent cover there, but I just prefer him as a centre back, who you can throw up front at the end if we are losing.
David Rees, Isle of Wight: Doherty's versatility is an invaluable asset to Spurs and I think he should rotate as he has the strengths of a powerful targetman while still skilful on the ball but is also superb in defence. Just make sure he plays each week.
