Sound Offs - Best so far?

Posted on 11 November 2002  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Jimbo Jones: Jamie Redknapp is our player of the season so far. Just look at the OPTA stats. The End.

Daniel Jemna: It has got to be Simon Davies the amount of vital goals he has got for the
club as well as an amazing amount of assists. He has got to be the player of the year.

Paul Aston: Jamie Redknapp is the difference without a doubt. The man is class. He is so comfortable and confident on the ball, his passing range and vision is unrivalled. Full credit to Glenn for such an inspirational signing. Although, Deano (another one of Glenn's) is looking a very close second, with some outstanding performances so far.

Declan Woods: It has to be Simon Davies! He does not stop running for the team, creates chances, scores goals and generally gives his all. Other players doing well are Redknapp, Richards and Keller.

Scott Haslam: With out doubt Simon Davies, he has grown not only as a person, but as a player this season. With the valuable International experience he is gaining, he is really starting to be recognised for his talent, which is aiding him in his club football, and he has been outstanding so far. Let's hope that we can hold on to a talent like his, and in the future Tottenham will go far.

Arnold Murthi: Definately Simon Davies. He has been outstanding in all matches (almost). Especially against Bolton. I feel Simon gives a new dimension to the team, and has helped us to several close victories.

Eddie Bergasen: Jamie Redknapp... a fantastic signing. Let's hope he stays injury-free. And please, please, please play Rebrov! He would compliment Keano SO well!

Phil Talbot: I think Kasey, has been superb between the sticks so far this year. I think he'll more than deserve to keep Sullivan out of the team. Matty Etherington also, has given us great looking balance on the left hand-side, and I felt was unfairly dropped for Poyet's return at Liverpool.
