Adrian Menesis: Klinsmann, Villa, Ardiles, Ginola - how can you distinguish between them. Each brought different qualities and memories. All you can say is they helped to mould and maintain the Spurs way of playing the game. Just a quick note to say Good Luck Steffen Freund - your appreciation of the fans will not be forgotten!
Steve Blower: There can be only one. Ossie!!!!
Simon Stait: Ossie & Ricky back in '78 was the best foreign signings Spurs have ever made brining quality & flair to the team. Klinsmann comes in close but didn't stay long enough.
Stan Taborda: Jurgen Klinsmann. After all talent like that only comes around once in a million years!! He was truly great and is Spurs through and through. He even came back in 1998 to save us from relegation. He is a true legend!
Simon Workman: Has to be Jurgen Klinsmann, what a striker - we could do with one now! Closely followed by the two Argentineans and the class that was Ginola - loved to watch him at the toon, but he kept the grace, skill and pace at the Lane, which was a joy to behold.
Chris Starr: It has to be Ossie Ardiles because he gave Spurs 100% and he was such a GREAT player (now its time to bring on Toda).
Peter Thompson: Steffen Freund without a doubt. Does Glenn really know what he is doing by releasing a player who has so much heart? If the rest of the squad had as much heart as Freund, we would be at the TOP of the prem' and still be in for a shot at both of the cups! King Glenn if you get to read this please reconsider "Freund to Stay!"
Ross Cameron: I think Jurgen Klinsmann was the best player for us over the last 10 years anyway!!! However, Ginola was and still is a god to Spurs fans and it is nice to see the reception he got when he came back with Aston Villa - and would get if he came back now!!!
William Harleyom: Jurgen Klinsmann - The first time he arrived at White Hart Lane excitement filled the air and dreams of success. Unfortunately this wasn't to be but his skills, finishing and all round performances lifted Spurs fans from the gloom. Second time round he arrived and helped save us from the unthinkable of relegation. And who can forget his answer to the critics when he scored his goals against Sheffield Wednesday on his debut!!
Toby Hoctoot: Jurgen Klinsmann and David Ginola for their flair, finishing and the excitment they brought all us fans.
Ryan Etherington: David Ginola is my choice by far, although Gary Lineker would come a close second. Ginola brought this club the type of attacking skilfull play all spurs fans wanted to see and his wonderful goal against Barnsley summed him up. And I think if Graham hadn't axed him hed still be terrorising the right backs of the premeirship for the mighty spurs.
James Drury: I think that Jurgen Klinsman was our best foreign signing as he was quick on the ball and brought new fans to the club as he was a well known German international and had a trademark goal celebration.
