Its gotta be Jurgen Klinnsman for the greatest overseas player, although David Ginola was also a great.
Alex Mustafa: Easily without any doubt it has to be the two Argenteans, Ardlies and Ricardo Villa, as they both gave the Lane some memorable times. I even know what they done and I never saw them play. The best foreigner that I have seen play at the Lane must be Klinsmann - what we could do with someone like him know.
Andrew Walters: Must be Ardiles & Villa, they took us too next level & brought silverware! Truly world class.
Steve Tervet: David Ginola - gave everything for the club and was a truly exciting player to watch. If only we'd kept him for a bit longer, but we now have a British wing wizard in Simon Davies!
Pete Short: It has to be Ossie Ardiles. He was amongst the most skillful and tactically astute players the Spurs have ever had. For several years he made the team tick and we actually won a few things. Moreover you have to consider that he was playing at a time when there was a degree of hostility to all things Argentinian, which he handled with great dignity and diplomacy.
Simon Linford: Klinsmann, he was a natural hero for White Hart Lane, saved us from sure relegation and was very exciting to watch. Robbie is a fantastic replacement, but we need another and soon if we want to challenge for honours.
Danny Haywood: Klinsmann was the best closely followed by Steffan Freund who gives a 100% every game week in and week out.
Rowena Bardon: Steffen Freund. Solid, reliable, good motivator, always gives 110% to the team and the fans. Always miss him when he is not playing. Shame he is going - hope he scores a goal before he does (his only failing I think).
