Ben Trenowden, Sheffield: I think Jamie, well a fully-fit Jamie, will have a monumental effect on our attacking play and in our ability to 'find that pass'. He's composed, technically astute, hard working, has shown he can do it on the big stage - and most of all he does all that with a touch of style.
Steve Beer, Sydney, Australia: The acquisition of Redknapp is excellent, on the assumption that he remains fit for the majority of the season. We now seem to have a very creative midfield but need a ball winner in the mould of Edgar Davids to allow these guys to play.
Mark Cobbett, Bideford: I think he's a great player and he's going to be part of Glenn's rebuilding job down at the Lane. He's a great midfield general who could be our rock for next season.
Phil King, Maidenhead: I think that the Redknapp signing is an excellent piece of business from Glenn. However, with Jamie there is a big 'if'. Will he stay fit? If he does, he will become an inspirational player for us, providing us with goals from midfield plus his array of excellent passing. He could also play the defensive midfield role effectively.
James Cotteril, Tring: We have had the best deal of the season. Redknapp was one of the best players at Liverpool, until obviously his injury, but I dont think that this will stop him. I think now we have an even stronger team and as Glenn Hoddle says we still don't even know our full potential, but I know we are well on our way to battle against the giants!
Paul Child, Harlow: I think Redknapp should be an excellent signing for Spurs. We ought to be able to build on this season and make good progress next. The injuries may be a problem, but with a bigger squad, rotation of players may help combat this.
