Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

It was good news on the World Cup front for Sol Campbell and Gary Doherty.
Big Sol was in fine form as England picked up a crucial win against Finland in Group Nine and Gary came on as a late substitute in the Republic of Ireland’s convincing 4-0 victory in Cyprus.
Sol’s defensive qualities came to the fore as England were tested by the likes of Jari Litmanen and Jon Johansson at Anfield.
The three points put our super skipper’s World Cup dreams back on track with England now second behind Germany.
Goals from Michael Owen and David Beckham did the job after Gary Neville deflected home a header to give the Finns a flying start in the first half.
Boss Sven Goran Eriksson said: “It's good to see your team come back and win 2-1. I'm really happy with that. We suffered a lot at the end but I think we deserved the win. We created a lot more than they did.”
Sol now travels to Albania for the second of this week’s qualifying matches on Wednesday before jetting back to Spurs on Thursday.
Gary, still just 20, won his fourth full cap as a double from Roy Keane and goals from Gary Kelly and Ian Harte left Mick McCarthy’s men well placed in second in Group Two.
Boss McCarthy reflected: “We came here as heavy favourites but we haven't always delivered away from home against supposedly inferior opposition.
“People will look in the newspapers and see that we won 4-0 but it wasn't an easy win, it was hard-fought.
“I don't know about first place in the group because I still believe Portugal are the best team in our section, but we've given ourselves a chance with our performances in Holland and Portugal earlier this season and now we've got this win here.
“We go to Barcelona to play Andorra on Wednesday and then we've got them at home before we play Portugal in June. That's a crunch match.”
Gary is in that squad to and looking for another cap on Wednesday.
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
