Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Sol Campbell played alongside some £26m-worth of central defenders during England's 3-0 triumph over Spain on Wednesday night at Villa Park, but refused to be drawn when it came to a question of preference.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
In the first half of new coach Sven Goran Eriksson's England opener, Sol teamed up with Leeds' £18m man Rio Ferdinand, who was replaced in the second period by Middlesbrough's £8m recruit Ugo Ehiogu.
On the question of preference the Big Man would not commit and indicated that he himself will have to remain at the very top of his game to retain his place in Eriksson's new order.
"Nah, I don't pick the team. I've never played with Ugo before, but it was good, everyone played well.
"No position is guaranteed, including me, he (Eriksson) has already come out and said that not everyone is going to play all the time."
Back at Spurs Lodge after a job well done on the international front, Sol added: "I enjoyed the game and I'm sure most of the lads who played enjoyed it as well."
England followers are no doubt extremely encouraged by seeing the team look so comfortable on the ball and for much of the game out-passing very highly-touted opponents.
"The Spaniards played it on the deck as well, and that's what we wanted to do. We got some good movements going as well," said Sol, who added that he is happy for David Beckham being awarded the captaincy.
"It was a good game, a very good game. It was not like we were taking them on at their own game as football's a universal thing, but it was nice that everyone played well and the people who came on played well so it was a good team performance.
"I'm sure Mr Eriksson got a lot out of it."
Sol was one of the few players asked to complete a full game as Eriksson sought to view as many of his new charges as possible. Having missed a large chunk of this season, the skipper was not complaining.
"He could only pick seven, I think he wanted to change 11 so he could look at a few more players. I was happy to play 90 minutes; I haven't played for a long time because of injury or whatever."
So did all the hype surrounding Eriksson's appointment and first game play on the nerves of the England players when they reported for duty?
"Not really. It's a just like a normal thing with a new manager - you just go there and train and play. He will do it in his own way and see you, so you just go out and play and be normal. You do the same things and hopefully he will like the things he sees and you go from there."
By Richard Hubbard
