Fredi Kanoute insists the team will have to be on top of their collective game if victory is to be secured against Southampton at St Mary's on Saturday.
Spurs are chasing a first win at the arena since it was opened at the beginning of season 2001-02 - two Premiership fixtures, one FA Cup tie and three reserve outings - and Fredi suspects the principal threat to us ending that record will come from the in-form strikeforce of James Beattie and Kevin Phillips.
"It is always hard to play there and I think it will be the same on Saturday," said Fredi. "We have to be very careful because they have a good partnership up front which will be dangerous for us.
"Beattie is strong, he has scored a lot of goals and I think he is quite complete in his game. We have to be very careful with him and Kevin Phillips because they compliment each other very well - it will be hard."
Hard, but winnable, Fredi continued.
"If we start the game well and are prepared to fight for 90 minutes we have the quality to do well there. I think it is all about work now."
