Dean Richards says he's ready to play again if needed after his successful return to action for the reserves last night.
The big defender completed just over an hour in the 2-1 win against Charlton at The Valley after a six-week spell on the sidelines.
Back at Spurs Lodge today, Dean said: "I got a good 60 minutes under my belt and although it wasn't ideal because we dominated the game I still got that hour. I didn't feel too bad mobility wise so I'm pretty positive after that.
"Last time I was injured I came back too soon. This time I wanted to take my time and get a couple of reserve games under my belt but we're running out of time.
"We're also running out of games so it's a case of if I'm needed, I'll be ready to play. I'll wait to see what the manager says."
The latter part of Deano's absence was down to a virus. "It was worrying in the early stages and kept affecting me after training," he explained.
"After training I was feeling sick, kept on getting dizzy spells and that was affecting my balance. It was quite nasty and it's nice to feel I'm over it."
