The midfielder and club captain played 65 minutes of the 1-1 draw against Chelsea after his 45-minute stint against Fulham last week.
A youthful, five-man Chelsea midfield made sure it was a test of fitness at Broadhall Way but Jamie - out since September following knee surgery - came through untroubled.
"We're delighted with Jamie," said first team coach Chris at Stevenage Borough. "He played for over an hour and fitness is what we're looking for at the moment. He's progressing well."
Jamie was also satisfied with his night's work. "As I said last week, I'm just happy to be back out there," he reflected. "I feel fine and I'm pleased with how things have gone so far.
"I'm looking forward to stepping it up in training and pushing on further."
Chris Hughton declared his delight at Jamie Redknapp's progress after the second outing of his comeback on Monday night.
