The Czech Republic Under-21 striker originally joined the Club from Slavia in July 2006 and earlier this season spent time out on loan in the Championship with Southampton.
Slavia resume their domestic season following the winter break on February 21.
Meanwhile, Troy Archibald-Henville has had his loan at Exeter City extended until the end of the season. The 20-year old defender initially joined the League Two side on a one month loan last month and has made three appearances.
