Sing Up for Sully

Posted on 10 September 2001  - 12:00

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

My favourite Spurs player is Neil Sullivan because he looks like my Uncle Steve. Here is my song, which should be sung to the tune of The Corrs "What can I do to make you love me" (The Corrs are my favourite band)

What can you do to score passed Sulli
What can you do to hit the net
What do you feel when you've got no goals
I bet you wish you'd stayed in bed

Kevin Jeffery (13 years old)

Nayim Nayim
was it ever on the cards
In the UEFA cup final
He lobbed seaman from 50 yards

By Tim Robinson, Basingstoke

'We Three Kings of Orient Are
Simon Davies, Rebrov and Carr
Ledley, Teddy, Poyet, Doherty
Following Hoddle's star
(Chorus)
Ooh-Oh, Star of David, star of night,
Hoddle is an Israelite,
Anfield, Stamford and Old Trafford
See the famous Lilywhites.

(Repeat chorus till exhausted)

Tony Dixon

To the tune of The Glory of Love by Peter Cetera:

We are the fans who will fight for your honour
You are the heroes, we're dreaming of
We'll live forever -
Knowing together that we did it all for the glory of Spurs
