Simon Davies says he's returned to a positive Welsh camp as he steps back into the international arena this week.
The Welsh Player of the Year meets up with Mark Hughes' men for a friendly against Bosnia at the Millennium Stadium on Wednesday.
It is preparation for crucial Euro 2004 qualifying matches against Azerbaijan and Yugoslavia at the end of March and early April.
Simon earned his 12th Welsh cap in their last outing in Azerbaijan in November when Wales stretched their lead at the top of Group Nine to five points from Italy and Yugoslavia thanks to a 2-0 win.
On target in our 4-1 win against Sunderland, Simon said: "We haven't had a game for a while and it will be nice to get back in the swing of things again and get ready for the big games coming up.
"We've got Azerbaijan and Yugoslavia next so that's why the manager has got this friendly against Bosnia, who will be similar opposition.
"It's strange with internationals because even though we've had a break everyone will come back confident.
"It's a different atmosphere and spirit and everyone is very positive at the moment. All the lads are loving it."
