Chris Gunter can pass on some inside knowledge on how to deal with West Ham dangerman Craig Bellamy tonight.
Both Chris and Gareth Bale are regular members of the full Welsh squad with pacy frontman Bellamy one of the Dragons' key players.
Indeed, Bellamy, now capped 53 times, both captained and scored the winner as Wales beat Denmark in a friendly in the last round of international matches.
"He's looking sharp and I'm glad to see him come back from injury," said full-back Chris, who also starred alongside Gareth in that Danish win. "In terms of Wales he's one of the oldest now and the experience he's had at different clubs is excellent for all of us to tap into.
"He's one we all want to follow in terms of what he's done at the clubs he's played for - he's played for some big clubs and the way he conducts himself, the way he cares about football, we should all be like that.
"There's no great secret in playing against him or anyone with that pace - you have to get tight. You don't allow anyone space, let alone Bellers. You don't want him running at you but if you can get tight, that could go some way to stopping him."
