SEVILLE LEGAL ADVICE

Several fans have enquired regarding issuing legal procedings.

The Club has sought legal advice and that has indicated that it is not possible for the Club to take a class or group action, that is to say the Club will have no locus standi (legal position) to take a private prosecution on behalf of our supporters.

However, as a service to our supporters, the Club has provided for a top criminal QC, Jim Sturman, to be available to explain the legal situation and to answer questions. Concerned supporters will be able to attend to hear an explanation of the logistical and jurisdictional issues involved in taking civil action or private prosecution and will also have the opportunity to ask questions. We shall shortly be announcing the date for this forum so please keep checking the website for details.

Once again, the address for all correspondence regarding this is Seville.Report@tottenhamhotspur.com
