The Ukrainian, already a big hit with fans after his massive £11 move this summer, will line-up against West Ham United at White Hart Lane on Monday.
It will also be the first chance for the nation to see him live in the Premiership as the match is being broadcast on Sky Sports.
Rebrov scored his first Premiership goals against Everton last Tuesday, immediately capturing the imagination of the home crowd as he inspired our comeback from 2-0 down to win 3-2. Manager George Graham admitted afterwards that he could take over the hero's mantle from David Ginola.
"I was very pleased to score the goals against Everton and very happy for the fans," said Rebrov. "It is very important for them.
"I have enjoyed their support and playing at White Hart Lane. Now I have my first London derby but every game is important, not just West Ham."
Asked if he knew much about the Hammers, Rebrov responded: "Of course I know West Ham! They have some great players and Paolo Di Canio especially is very good. I am looking forward to playing against them."
Sergei Rebrov is preparing for another new experience - his first London derby.
