Senrab on show

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Prolific Sunday side Senrab could well have four old boys on display at White Hart Lane on Sunday when Aston Villa come to town.

Senrab - barnes spelt backwards - have been great producers of Premiership footballers in recent years with three currently plying their trade at the Lane. Ledley King, Bobby Zamora and Paul Konchesky should feature against Villa, who have their own Senrab product in J Lloyd Samuel.

Zamora has remained close to the England under-21 prospect and reveals that it was clear back in their Sunday park football days that Samuel had what it takes to progress to the top.

"A very good player," said the striker. "Myself, Paul and Ledley know him very well from playing for the same Sunday side.

"His dad was round at my mum and dad's only two days ago so we still keep in close contact.

"He played right midfield in those days and was obviously a very special player at the time - as were a few of the lads playing in the team."

Another player Bobby knows well from the Villa ranks is Gareth Barry, the former Brighton youngster who he has also played with at under-21 level.

"He is a top player who can play in a good few positions and doesn't look out of place at all. He is a tremendous player," added Bobby, who was not about to disagree when asked if only good players make their mark at Brighton...

"I think so!"
