Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

IT WAS another clean sheet and a great result against Everton last time out. We were under the cosh at times but defended well as a team as we have been doing all season - it was another smash and grab!

We were upset to lose our first game of the season against Manchester United and knew how difficult it would be against Everton to get a result and it was massive for us.

In the away wins over Newcastle and Everton we have been under pressure but the home team has eventually ran out of ideas. Everton were playing some decent stuff before they bought Duncan Ferguson on - no disrespect to him but their game changed when he came on, they started lumping everything forward.

It played into our hands really because we were sitting deep and hoping to hit them on the break for a second goal.

ONTO THE internationals and the clean sheets seem to be coming quite frequently at the moment so I am very pleased.

The game against Wales was really hyped up and I was just talking to Simon Davies saying we were expecting an FA Cup type of game. I think they defended more than we thought and looked to hit us on the break.

We had a lot of the ball which can only be good for a team like us when you look at the quality of players we've got. We did keep the ball well and, like I said, they gave us too much time and space on the ball.

I was happy I didn't have too much to do in Azerbaijan because the conditions were horrendous. It already seems a long time ago, we had a long flight back and got into Luton at about 6.30am. It is a difficult place to go and get a result, let alone with the conditions we had to go and play in.

It wasn't a sparkling performance but it was a job well done.

The England squad is looking really strong with a lot of strength in depth. You can see this by the fact they took out John Terry and Ledley and put in Rio Ferdinand and Sol Campbell. When you see Ledley sitting on the bench you realise what quality there is in the squad.

I DON'T like to be reminded, but Leeds got absolutely hammered down at Portsmouth last season - 6-1! Hopefully we will go in there and get a much better result than I did last year.

They have got good quality attacking players but, hopefully, we can go there and pick up some more points. They are playing very attacking football and always have done but, with the players we have up front, there is every chance of us getting a few goals.
