ROBBO AFTER REPEAT

Paul Robinson would love a repeat of one of the biggest wins of his career at Highbury on Saturday.

We make the short trip to N5 for what is being billed as one of the biggest North London derbies ever - the final derby at Highbury with both sides fighting for fourth place in the Premiership.

Turn the clock back just under three years and Robbo was part of the Leeds United team desperate for points to avoid relegation from the top flight.

Leeds travelled to Highbury on May 4, 2003 for their penultimate game of the season against an Arsenal side still in the title hunt but came out 3-2 winners thanks to a late goal from Mark Viduka.

"That was so important for us," recalled Robbo. "We needed a win that day to help avoid relegation and we did just that - Mark Viduka was outstanding and we won 3-2. I'll take a repeat of that on Saturday!

"All I can say is that the lads are determined to go there and do the business. We want it for ourselves, the club and especially the fans. We know how much it means to everyone."

This is an excerpt from Robbo's regular column 'Robbo's Diary' - found exclusively on Spurs Lodge, our website for Members and Season Ticket Holders.
