Robbie looks ahead

Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Robbie Keane says the team must use the final game of the season against Blackburn today as a confidence-building platform for next season.

The livewire striker is also well aware that teams positioned behind us in the Premiership are poised to capitalise on an any potential slip-up which would surrender ground in the table.

"Exactly," said Robbie. "It is obviously going to be a tough game because they are trying to get into the UEFA Cup spot.

"Blackburn are a good side with some great players so it is bound to be difficult, but it would be nice for us to mark the last game of the season with a win.

"It hasn't been the best of times for us as a team but, hopefully, on Sunday we can go out and get a good result. Then we will look forward to next season and a new start.

"Obviously the lads are gutted about the result last Saturday, it is always hard to come into training after a result like that and be lively but the lads are still going strong.

"We have to keep ourselves going, there is no point in moaning about things - it's gone now, done. We play the last game of the season now, we are looking forward to that, getting a win and then next season."
