The Swiss international and one of the finds of last season returned to pre-season training later than most of the squad after representing his country in the World Under-20 Championships in Holland last month.
He has been training with the reserve group since his return last week and is now ready for his first friendly at Meadow Park. Kick-off is 7.45pm.
The match will hopefully provide a pre-season boost for Boreham Wood after the club's boardroom and offices were destroyed by fire.
"It's nice for the clubs involved and this is the right sort of opposition we need," said coach Clive Allen.
"The local teams quite often have players who have been on the staff of local professional teams, they are now playing because of their love for the game and they relish the opportunity play against a Tottenham team.
"The games are played competitively but played in the right way and that's what we need at this stage.
"It was certainly the case at Cheshunt last Friday. I always remember training a mile down the road and it was well known that it was a big Spurs area. We were warmly welcomed that night and it's always good to play in an area that has a strong connection with the club."
Reto Ziegler is set to return to action for our Spurs XI side against Boreham Wood on Thursday night.
