Tottenham Hotspur (Spurs) Football Club is located in North London. The club is also known as Spurs. Tottenham's home ground is White Hart Lane. The club motto is Audere est Facere (To dare is to do).

Charlton Athletic provide the opposition as our reserve side return to action at Stevenage tonight, kick-off 7pm.

After a blank week following the postponement of the game against Arsenal, due to the Academy's FA Youth Cup tie at Bolton, Colin Calderwood fields another young side that is seeking to register a first competitive win since beating in Fulham in late November.

Shwan Jalal is selected for his first reserve start in goal, as Gavin Kelly is currently on first team bench duty.

Ben Thatcher is the experienced head in the side, playing in a defence featuring under-19 defenders Stephen Kelly, Ronnie Henry and Paul O'Donoghue.

Johnnie Jackson continues his comeback in midfield after returning from injury, while Steven Ferguson starts up front alongside Yannick Kamanan. Ferguson is chasing his first goal since the victory over Nottingham Forest in the first game of the season, for him a season disrupted by injury.

Team: Jalal, Kelly, Thatcher, Henry, O'Donoghue, Piercy, Snee, Jackson, Ferguson, Kamanan, Galbraith. Subs: Sutton, Burch, Hughes, Marney, Slabber.
