Clive Allen names a young squad as our reserves kick-off their home campaign with the derby against Arsenal at Stevenage tonight.

Marton Fulop, Jamie O'Hara and Phil Ifil are the most experienced players in a squad that includes Academy striker Tomas Pekhart, on target in his last two matches for our Under-18s and David Hutton, who scored twice against Norwich City U18s on Saturday.

We kicked-off the defence of our Barclays Premier Reserve League South crown with a fine win at Portsmouth on August 30 and what better way to follow up?

"You could say it's a very interesting fixture for our first home game of the season!" smiled development coach Clive at Spurs Lodge.

"It's the club's first involvement in a European week as well and that's something we'll hopefully have to cope with throughout this season.

"We've started well. It's something we always preach, to have a positive pre-season and then take it into competitive fixtures and we performed well at Portsmouth and gained the right result.

"It's one of the biggest games of the season and as with any derby, we're all thoroughly looking forward to it."

The game kicks-off at Stevenage Borough's Broadhall Way at 7pm.

Squad: Fulop, Stroud, Ifil, C Lee, Mills, Dervite, Hughton, McKenna, Lewis, Daniels, Davis, O'Hara, Maghoma, Barcham, Pekhart, Dawkins, Hutton.
