Jamie missed the Worthington Cup victory over Cardiff City on Tuesday with a slight calf injury, while Chris has missed three games with a badly gashed knee.
However, there are doubts over Mauricio Taricco and Steffen Freund who possibly need more time to recover from Tuesday night's game after returning from injury.
Defender Stephen Kelly has been drafted into the squad alongside Ronnie Henry, Rohan Ricketts and Jonathan Blondel, but the Belgian is suffering with a back problem that could see him withdraw.
Gus Poyet, Stephen Carr, Stephen Clemence and Ledley King are back in training, but are not yet ready for a first team return.
"It is positive in a sense that there are people coming back, but they are not ready for the Premiership yet," reported Glenn.
"Players like Gus, Stevie Carr and Ledley have started to train, but Ledley is playing through a little pain - we're really putting him to the test to see if he's going to need something done or whether he can come through it.
"Stephen Clemence has had first session with Colin Calderwood's group, so there are lots of players coming back to train, but they are not quite ready for the Premiership.
"Our immediate problem this weekend is Tano and Steffen - how they overcome playing against Cardiff after being out.
"We've bought in young Stephen Kelly and Ronnie Henry, alongside Rohan and Jonathan, but he has a back problem and might have to come out of the squad.
"We're going into the youth team players, players that are still available to play for the youth side and, indeed, Ronnie was due to play for the under-19s tomorrow but we've had to pull him out.
"The good news is that Chris Perry is back training and is in the squad, but the likes of Anthony, Darren, Christian and Tim are still in that treatment room."
A full final squad list will be provided as soon as we have confirmation.
Jamie Redknapp and Chris Perry return to the squad for the trip to Ewood Park to face Blackburn Rovers on Sunday.
