Ledley King knows that Liverpool will want to go out with a bang at Anfield on Sunday.
What could have been a high-pressure game for the Reds is no more after United clinched the title.
However, Ledley doesn't think that will help our cause as we go for a win to try and finish in seventh place - in fact, he believes it will have the opposite effect.
"Had they still been in the title running there would have been a bit of pressure on them," said the defender who is back at the arena where he made his debut 10 years ago.
"I'm sure they would have been a bit tense and maybe we could have capitalised on that.
"It will be a different atmosphere now.
"The pressure is off them, they can't win the title anymore and I would expect them to want to sign off with a home victory in front of their fans.
"There is still a chance of Europe for us and I expect an open, entertaining game.
"For us, there is still plenty to play for, so it will be an interesting game."
