Real Madrid v Tottenham Hotspur - Ticket Update
Further to Wednesday's announcement, we have held further discussions with Real Madrid and have managed to increase the allocation originally provided by a further 227 tickets, taking our overall allocation to 3,602. This takes us to just over the 5% allocation of the official stadium capacity of 71,286 that has been confirmed by both Real Madrid and UEFA.
We can now confirm that the applications for a TICKET ONLY received from One Hotspur season ticket holders with a loyalty point total of 530 or more have been successful for the Real Madrid fixture and these people will be allocated a ticket.
It is important to note that these tickets have been allocated using individual loyalty point totals. Successful applicants will be allocated tickets together with all fellow successful applications within their group. In the event that supporters are no longer able to attend this match or no longer wish to accept this ticket due to other people in their group missing out please advise the Ticket Office by sending an email as soon as possible to email@example.com (Title: Madrid Away Cancellation). This will allow us to re-allocate the ticket to people next in line on the loyalty points total. Please note that any tickets that are cancelled any later than 5.00pm on Thursday 31 March may not be eligible for a refund.
Tickets are strictly non-transferable and should only be used by the registered season ticket holder that they have been allocated to. Tickets will be recorded against individual membership records and the season ticket holder will be held responsible for the correct use of this ticket.
Official Thomas Cook Travel Packages
Any season ticket holders that applied with Thomas Cook for a place on one of the official packages for this match are advised that these applications are now being verified by the Club. These packages were also hugely over subscribed and will be allocated using loyalty points. Thomas Cook will contact all applicants in the next 48 hours to confirm whether or not they have been successful.
Anyone that has been successful with a 'ticket only' application and also applied via Thomas Cook and are advised in the coming days that they have been successful for a place on one of the packages, please advise us as soon as possible in order for us to be able to re-allocate the ticket to another supporter at the earliest opportunity.
Any supporter wishing to collect their ticket(s) in person from the Ticket Office MUST submit an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (Title: Real Madrid Ticket Collection), no later than 5.00pm on Friday 25 March.
If you do not notify the Ticket Office by this date that you wish to collect your Real Madrid ticket(s), all tickets will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery during the week commencing Monday 28 March. A £4.95 charge per booking (not per ticket) will be applied to all bookings that are sent in the post.
Tickets will be despatched to the registered address of the lead season ticket holder (the person that made the original application). In the event that the lead applicant has not been successful, tickets will be sent to the registered address of the first successful applicant that was entered on to the system when the application was submitted.
Travel Information Form
All successful applicants will be emailed Travel Information Form on Thursday. We would be grateful if you could return it to us at your earliest opportunity. This information will be passed to the Spanish authorities to assist them in planning in terms of the arrival of a large number of supporters from England.
Please return your forms in an envelope marked “Real Madrid Travel Details” to Ticket office, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, 748 High Road, London, N17 0AP, or hand in at the Ticket Office in Park Lane between 9.30am and 5.00pm.
We appreciate that many supporters will be disappointed at being unsuccessful in obtaining a ticket for this match. Applications were massively over-subscribed and unfortunately it was impossible to meet the demand from season ticket holders that wanted to attend this fixture. In the event of any cancellations, we will contact those applicants next in line in terms of loyalty points to offer them a ticket.
