The Berkshire club are anticipating a crowd of around 18,000, so M4 Junction 11 and the roads to the ground will become congested approaching kick off. The Club Car Park can hold around 1,500 vehicles, at £4 each, and there is additional parking for 600 cars for £3 at the nearby Speedway Stadium. It is suggested that fans should aim to arrive by 7pm at the latest if they want to park at the ground.
Reading recommend fans coming from London to travel by train - Paddington to Reading is direct and just 25 minutes. Then there is a shuttle bus service from the railway station to the stadium running every few minutes.
The main message is leave plenty of time for your journey and arrive early should you need to find car parking.
